Go beyond the lifts, higher than the shuttle truck, and pedal past those pushing up, and still absolutely crush the downhillls with Specialized's Enduro Expert Evo. This gravity-fueled rig dissects every track with 180mm of coil-sprung travel front and rear thanks to the pairing of a Fox 36 Van RC2 fork and an innovative Ohlins TTX22M shock. When it's time to climb back up and do it again, an M5 aluminum frame with FSR suspension boasts maximum pedaling efficiency and reasonable weight. Like all longer-travel bikes should, the Expert has a remote-actuated Command Post dropper post and wide knobby tires so you can really put your skills to the test. Plus, this speed machine boasts lightweight, big hit-worthy Roval DH wheels, a pro-level SRAM 11-speed drivetrain and powerful Avid Elixir 7 Trail discs with an 8-inch rotor up front.

This is without a doubt the best technical trail and enduro machine money can buy. It can tackle almost any downhill course, yet it can pedal up the same mountain unlike pure DH bikes. Without any pedal platform, it can climb decently. But with the ridiculously high quality suspension and components, when things get really technical and steep, this machine simply shines. It will make you wonder where all the bumps, rocks, and drops disappeared to!
I ride XC & all mountain in Northern Caliornia. I have been looking for a full suspension bike for about two months and decided on the enduro EVO. I wanted an all mountain bike so that I would have the travel if ever needed. I was a little worried about how well the bike would climb, but not anymore. So far the bike has been nothing but amazing. The suspension soaks up everything you hit (large or small). Tuning is very simple as there is no need for an air pump except on rear coil bottom-out(set up during purchase). The bike climbs very efficiently for a 6"+ travel bike. It is geared to rocket up steep hills. Bike is a little heavy, but considering what you are getting in the suspension department it is negligible. Price tag is a bit high, but specialized' bikes are well worth it. This bike was built tough. Keep up on the routine maintenance and this bike will last a lifetime.
